Consultations and Appointments

• Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Consultations: Initial consultations are complimentary. During your consultation, we will discuss your goals, medical history, and recommend appropriate treatments.

Due to the nature of medical spa services, refunds are generally not provided after a treatment has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 14 days to discuss your concerns. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.
