Is HIFU the same as RF?
No. HIFU uses focused ultrasound; RF uses radiofrequency energy. The treatment method, intensity and recovery differ.
Will tightening remove excess skin?
Non-surgical treatments do not remove significant excess skin. If that is the main concern, a surgical opinion may be more useful.
Does RF mean microneedling?
Not always. Some RF procedures use needles and others do not. Confirm the specific method and device being recommended.
